If your a huge Lord of The Rings / The Hobbit fan, you might wanna see this?. there can only be one place that’s ideal to store your huge collection of all things J.R.R. Tolkien, Bilbo Baggin’s house.
Indeed, one super fan who had been traveling and collecting Tolkien memorabilia for the past 30 years of traveling built himself a hobbit house so he has somewhere private to go and read his pretty much rare book, Although he didn’t build it himself, he hired architects, Archer and Buchanan to do it for him, This isn’t the first Hobbit house that’s been recreated, but Peter Archer, speaking behalf of the owner, said it wasn’t really a Hollywood interpretation, they wanted something timeless, not overwritten,
This house was built during 2004, but it certainly doesn’t look like it was built during that year, what makes it unique that it’s not trying to be a recreation of Bilbo Baggin’s house or any other the Shire houses from the movies either, Instead, it’s a personal idea to intake, including iconic features such as the huge round door and an arched butterfly window, certainly making it more medievial in such way, inspired by Tolkien’s very own drawings, unlike in The Hobbit the house wasn’t built into a hillside, it’s instead built below a garden, and a stone wall that goes all the way around it’s property, this makes the house look tucked away and it actually looks more like a stonge cottage rather than the houses we’ve seen at the shire?
